Diary Features

The diary offers the following features, among others:

Day to view, week to view, or all practitioners to view
Cancellation list for busy practices to allow you to contact patients who are waiting for an appointment when a cancellation occurs

"Flags" for reminders, notes, DNAs, payments, attendance and patients with special needs

Scrollable views
The working day (including start, finish, tea breaks, lunch, etc.) is configurable at three different levels:
- Specific date
- Day of week
- "Generic" day
Colours configurable
In fact, almost every aspect of how the application works is configurable
It is possible to include an "event" at the top of each page as a daily reminder for birthdays, holidays, bookkeeping deadlines, etc.
