Rycombe Practice Management can be ordered via this website. We are happy to send you the full product for a trial period at no cost to you with no obligation.

Rycombe Practice Management will only operate on PCs running Microsoft Windows 9x, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 or Windows XP.

* Software

All Practice Management products come with disks, installation guides and training materials to help you use the software as effectively as possible as soon as possible. Practice Management has been designed to be easy to use, however, we also provide comprehensive technical support to help you with any problems that you may have.

One practitioner: Offers the functionality of the full product, but does not support multiple practitioners. The product may be installed on as many PCs as required within a single clinic. However data cannot be shared between PCs. One month’s unlimited telephone technical support, plus up to ten incidents in the following two months, followed by unlimited internet support. £299 or non-UK currency equivalent (please call).

Standalone: The product may be installed on as many PCs as required within a single clinic. However data cannot be shared between PCs. One month’s unlimited telephone technical support is included, plus up to ten incidents in the following two months, followed by unlimited internet support. £599.

Networked: The product may be installed on as many PCs as required. The networked version uses a multi-user database, enabling any number of people to access and update information simultaneously. One month’s unlimited telephone technical support is included, plus up to ten incidents in the following two months, followed by unlimited internet support. £799.

* Training

Although Practice Management is easy to use, you may feel that the most cost effective use of your time is to purchase a training course from us. We offer on-site training on the use of Practice Management from £300 per day. This is a flat charge and does not depend on the number of people undergoing training. Charges may vary depending on travel and accommodation costs. If required, the Practice Management software can be installed and configured as part of the training programme.

* Support

Practice Management comes with comprehensive technical support included in the package, there is no need to spend more money on a separate support contract. However, if you require more than is offered by any of our standard packages, then please contact us to discuss your requirements.

If you need advice on what PC hardware to buy to support Practice Management, such as how to connect a camcorder to your PC, we will be happy to help. We can also provide an installation service so that you can take delivery of a fully function Practice Management system without having to install or configure it yourself. Please call for prices. (This offer is restricted to UK residents.)

* General Information

We are happy to ship product anywhere in the world and to take payment in local currency. However, we can only provide telephone support during UK office hours (09:00am to 5:00pm UK time Monday to Friday).

Prices are not subject to VAT, all goods are sold exclusive of VAT.

Substantial discounts are available to customers who are currently using our competitors' products and who want to switch to Rycombe Practice Management software.
