Customer support is available to all of our customers. Customers with an annual
license are entitled to telephone support throughout the course of their license period.
Other customers are entitled to telephone support for the first three months of ownership.
Our office hours are from 9:00am until 5:00pm UK time, Monday to Friday.
If you do not have a support contract, please report any issues via email,
and make use of our Knowledge Base. Customers without a support contract
can still make use of our support service. In this case, the charge is £50 per hour (or part thereof).
May 2007: Rycombe Practice Management is not supported
on Windows Vista or later, it is only
supported on Windows operating systems up to and including Windows XP. The product is no
longer being actively sold or developed and there are no plans to develop a replacement product.
We will continue to provide bugfixes and enhancements in accordance with the license terms of our
licensed customers.
